Alison Kennedy is a Senior Project Officer at UNESCO. She was formerly a programme specialist at the UNESCO Institute for Statistics (UIS). She has worked as a statistician at both national and international levels for nearly thirty years in the field of education. She led the team responsible for education data for monitoring Education For All and the Millennium Development Goals and more recently has been heavily involved in the development and implementation of the global and thematic indicator frameworks for the follow-up and review of SDG 4 and the Education 2030 Agenda.

Guilherme Canela de Souza Godoi is Director of UNESCO’s Division for Digital Inclusion, Policies and Digital Transformation, and Secretary of the Information for All Programme. Specialising in communication, human rights, freedom of expression and digital governance, he has built a long career within UNESCO. He previously served as Chief of the Section for Freedom of Expression and Safety of Journalists at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, and as Regional Adviser for Communication and Information for Latin America and the Caribbean at the UNESCO Montevideo Office. He holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília and a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of São Paulo. He has also worked on research concerning media, children’s rights and democratic development.
