Loveleen De is Programme Manager and Technical Advisor on Social Protection for ILO Lao PDR. She has been working for ILO for 10 years in social protection policy design, financing, implementation and capacity development in Asia, Africa and Geneva. She is currently managing SOLAR, a project to model, implement and expand rights of coffee and tea workers and to explore dynamic partnerships with the public and private sectors and civil society in Lao PDR.
Loveleen holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Prior to joining the ILO, she worked in banking and financial services.
