Tatiana Rincon

Tatiana is President of Business Development and Global Strategy Initiatives at Fundación Capital in Colombia, where she leads large-scale programs in economic and social inclusion. With over 20 years of experience in international development, she has worked with multilateral agencies, governments, and global philanthropies to design and scale initiatives that have enabled more than 160,000 families — over 650,000 people — move out of extreme poverty across Latin America and Africa. Tatiana’s career reflects a strong commitment to turning knowledge into scalable, sustainable solutions that drive systemic change. She holds a master’s degree in international relations from Carleton University in Canada and a degree in finance and international relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
