Evelyn is Program Officer in the Sustainable and Inclusive Economies Program at Canada’s International Development Research Centre, where she supports projects to scale program and policy innovations to recognize, reduce, and redistribute women’s unpaid care work in support of a more gender-equal world. She previously supported research focused on increasing women’s participation in, and benefit from, livestock vaccine systems. Evelyn holds a double masters in agricultural economics and agriculture, food and environmental policy analysis from the Université Catholique de Louvain and the University of Bonn. She has over eight years of experience in multidisciplinary research and knowledge mobilization spanning food systems, international development, and gender equality.
