Dr. Aamir A. Rehman served as UNDP’s Senior Advisor on Islamic Finance from 2017 to 2021. His work included strategy development, project support, and capacity building on aligning Islamic finance flows with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Dr. Rehman is an investor and educator. He is Chair of Innate Capital Partners and a partner at Princeton Stone House Capital. Additionally, he is an adjunct faculty member and senior fellow at Columbia Business School. He is the author of two books and numerous articles on finance and strategy. Dr. Rehman holds Bachelor’s, Master’s, and MBA degrees from Harvard University and a doctoral degree from Columbia University.
