Laura is President at Partners in Expanding Health Quality and Access, and she co-founded the global ExpandNet network of public health and development professionals that is helping advance the science and practice of scaling up. Laura has published extensively on the topic of scaling including practical guidance, a book and several journal articles. Laura has been providing training and technical assistance (TA) on systematic scaling for nearly 20 years with major organizations and social-impact initiatives across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. In addition to chairing ExpandNet’s Advisory Council, and serving on ExpandNet’s Secretariat, she is spearheading ExpandNet’s open-access curriculum and collaboration platform called the Scale-up Learning Center.
