Renaud is a Senior Program Specialist within the Climate Resilient Food System Program at Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC). He holds a PhD in geography from Rutgers University and joined IDRC in 2001, bringing with him extensive experience on the interactions between natural resource management, livelihoods, and human health. Renaud’s current work focuses on the use of food systems transformation as a lever to contribute to more equitable, healthy, and sustainable societies, and on the role of science to address complex social and environmental global challenges.
