Domitille has over 22 years of experience in international development, including four years with Oxfam Great Britain and 20 with CARE International. She has held key roles in project management, monitoring and evaluation, gender equality, learning, and research coordination, with a strong focus on gender-responsive programming and evidence-based learning. Domitille currently serves as Project Manager for the Women’s Empowerment: Catalyzing Actions and Responsibilities for Equality (WE-CARE) project funded by Canada’s International Development Research Centre.
