Mariana González Migueles

Mariana González Migueles is an international development practitioner with over 15 years of experience in UNDP, and in CSOs focusing on indigenous and women’s human rights in her native Mexico. In her current role, she manages corporate relationships with multilateral and regional development banks to help maximize partnership opportunities towards Agenda 2030. Her previous roles in UNDP include heading the Management Support Unit in Sri Lanka, to enhance results-based planning, implementation, and monitoring of UNDP programs; and leading communications strategies to mobilize political and financial support for the crisis prevention and recovery work of UNDP. Ms. Migueles has a Master’s degree in Development and International Cooperation (Université de Paris I-Panthèon-Sorbonne), Political Science (Institut d’Études Politiques de Grenoble) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (Universidad de las Américas-Puebla).
